2,248 Homecomers Departed from Grogol Bus Terminal

As many as 2,248 homecomers have been departed from Grogol Bus Terminal since April 3-7, 2024.

Mostly of them were departed to Central Java and East Java

Grogol Bus Terminal Head, Bona Siregar, said the number of homecomers at this bus terminal is not quite high compared to other bus terminals. Grogol Bus Terminal is only supporting other bus terminals.

"There were 2,248 homecomers departed by 806 buses from April 3 to 7, 2024," he said, Monday (4/8).

In details, there were 228 passengers departed by 109 buses on Wednesday (4/3), 333 passengers by 133 buses on Thursday (4/4).

Then 374 passengers departed by 188 buses on Friday (4/5), 736 passengers by 223 buses on Saturday (4/6), and 577 passengers by 153 buses on Sunday (4/7).

"Mostly of them were departed to Central Java and East Java such as Wonosobo, Kudus, Purwokerto, Purwodadi, Pemalang, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Malang, Surabaya, and so on," he added.

Suganda Triono (35), one of homecomers heading to Semarang, admitted Grogol Bus Terminal is near with his house and passengers are quite lower compared to other bus terminals.

"The facility here is good enough and safe," he stated.
