E. Jakarta Bina Marga Handled 69 Street Light Reports

The East Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency handled 69 blackout street light reports. The reports were sent via CRM or directly to Sub-agency and Sub-district level.

East Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency Head, Benhard Hutajulu, said the reports were delivered during Eid holidays on April 9-16.

His side directly deployed personnel to respond residents' report and repair the street lights.

"Totally we handled 69 reports during Eid holidays. All reports were directly handled at the same time," he said, Thursday (4/18).

Sub-agency's City Utilities and Street Light Section Head, Yanuar Ikhsan, stated his side prepared 27 personnel during that time to respond resident's report for 24 hours.

"Those personnel were divided into three shifts to respond resident's report," he stated.

One of the reports, he added, was blackout street light on Jalan Basuki RT 04/02 Cilangkap, Wednesday (4/17). Residents reported that the cable on the street light pole was peeling off, causing the induction and blackout.

Then his side deployed three personnel to repair the street light.

"Now the street light is normally function again," he stated.
