Such festival was budgeted from 2016 City Budget (APBD). Each sub-district in Central Jakarta will get one dragon boat.
“Hopefully, the festival could produce outstanding young athletes. You know what, the boat had been competed in National Games (PON) and Olympiad,” he uttered.
