Residents living in Petogogan Urban Village, Kebayoran Baru Sub-district, South Jakarta, enthusiastically bought various necessities when a cheap food sale was held in the yard of the local urban village office.

One of the residents from RW 09, Petogongan Urban Village, Ernawati (46), admitted she was very grateful for the cheap food sales.
"Hopefully, it can become a routine agenda with more commodities," she expressed, Friday (5/3).
Mothers Attack Cheap Market in Cibubur Urban VillagePetogongan Urban Village Head, Nina Permata stated the sale of cheap food was realized through collaboration with the Public Company Logistics Agency (Perum Bulog), National Food Agency (Bapanas), and Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan).
"It aims to stabilize food supplies and prices for residents," she explained.
According to her, people's enthusiasm for buying cheap food today is very high. Since it started at 8.30 AM, residents were seen queuing.
"Thanks God, today, residents are quite enthusiastic in buying various necessities, which are sold cheaper than market prices," she explained.
In details, the SPHP rice is sold at Rp 10,600 per kg, premium rice Rp 14,900 per kg, cooking oil Rp 16,500 per kg, sugar Rp 17,000 per kg, and egg Rp 27,500 per kg.
Then red onion Rp 25,000 to Rp 40,000 per kg (depend on its type), curly chili Rp 50,000 per kg, and red chili Rp 40,000 per kg.
"As residenta hope, it can become a routine agenda with more commodities at affordable prices," he said.
