Anwar Inspects Sheet Pile Repairs in Ceger

East Jakarta Mayor, Muhammad Anwar and his staff inspected repairs to the water channel's sheet pile on Jalan Manunggal 2 RT 01/01, Ceger Urban Village, Cipayung, Tuesday (5/14). The sheet pile, which is 16 meters long and 1.5 meters high, collapsed after being eroded by heavy water.

Hopefully, it can be finished soon for the comfort of residents

He arrived riding a bicycle accompanied by Cipayung Panangaran Ritonga Sub-district Head; Ceger Suratno Urban Village Head; City Councilor, Toto Suharto; Water Resources (SDA) Executing Unit Head, Dian Kartika; several other related officials.

He stated the channel on Jalan Manunggal 2 connects the Batu Bangkong Reservoir to residential areas. Repair work is currently in the finishing stage.

Anwar Monitors Embankment Repairs in Cibubur

"Hopefully, it can be finished soon for the comfort of residents," he expressed.

According to him, he routinely held inspections every Tuesday and Friday at several channel and road repair locations.

"This inspection is to see the progress of improvements," he asserted.

Cipayung Sub-district SDA Executing Unit Head, Dian Kartika added the work involved eight personnel.

"It has been ongoing since a week and is completed," she closed.
