Sukardi's House Renovation Completed

Sukardi (60), resident of RT 13/04, Angke Urban Village, Tambora Sub-district, West Jakarta is now able to live in his house well. Angke Urban Village Head Firmansyah handed over the key to him directly.

"Thanks to West Jakarta Administration for renovating my house to be better and good looking," Sukardi said, Friday (5/17).
Sukardi, who works odd jobs every day, stated that his house is located in an alley and he lives with his children, brother and sister. He admitted that the condition of his house had been in serious disrepair since a dozen years ago. Damage includes a leaking roof, brittle ceiling wood and frames, and peeling paint on the walls.

Angke Urban Village Head, Firmansyah, explained Sukardi's house renovation was a program of West Jakarta Baznas Bazis House Renovation with total budget Rp 55 million.
"Now the house is livable comfortably and safely," he admitted.
