Job Fair in Central Jakarta Delivers 2,014 Job Vacancies

As many as 2,014 job vacancies are delivered by 40 companies in a job fair held by Central Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Sub-agency at Mal Thamrin City, Tanah Abang.

Acting Central Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Sub-agency Head, Noviar Dinariyanti, said this first's year job vacancy is held from Tuesday (5/28) to Wednesday (5/29) at 10 AM to 4 PM.

"There are 2,014 job vacancies from 40 companies," she said, Wednesday (5/29).

She added that the 40 companies participating in this activity include those operating in the retail, automotive, shipping, financial services, security services and other service distribution sectors.

Job seekers who meet the qualifications, explained Novi, will later go through stages in accordance with the employee recruitment process of each company.

"Our target is 3,000 people are visiting this job fair," she added.

Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Agency Head, Hari Nugroho, said this job fair is one of the activities that contributes to reducing the unemployment rate.

"The expected target for this job fair is to end poverty and reduce unemployment," he stated.
