Jakarta Regional Secretariate's Governmental Accusation Bureau Division Head, Agus Saputra, said today's data collection covers 10 plots of land with a total area of ​​2,269 square meters and is spread across a number of RTs in the RW 13 Pegangsaan Dua Urban Village area.

He added that the remaining land to be bought is near Pulogadung Terminal or direct border with Jalan Raya Bekasi and Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan.

"This initial data collection is to ensure the existence of the land and its ownership status," he said.

The data collection, he continued, is involving related stakeholders such as Bina Marga, Satpol PP, Urban Village, Sub-district, and North Jakarta National Land Board.

"Next stage is public consultation to see location agreement with the land owners," he added.

North Jakarta National Land Board's Development and Land Procurement Section Head, Nesri Junita, stated this initial stage is fully under Jakarta Provincial Government authority. His side is only accompanying related stakeholders.

After determining the location, his side is able to do document, judication and physical verification in order to check the land legality status.

"We will carry out validation to ensure the legal and physical aspects," he stated.
