Hundreds of Trees in Cengkareng Timur Pruned

Due to fall proneness, the West Jakarta Parks and City Forest Sub-agency (Tamhut) pruned 200 trees along the outer ring roads of Cengkareng Timur, Cengkareng Barat, Tegal Alur, Kamal, and Rawa Buaya.

"Tree pruning is conducted to follow up on residents' requests via CRM application because trees are tall and overgrown already," stated Cengkareng Sub-district Tamhut Executing Unit Head, Hotman Marudut, Thursday (6/20).
According to him, the average height of the pruned trees reached six to 10 meters with a diameter of 30 to 60 centimeters.

The pruning received appreciation from Achmad Nurudin (49), a resident of RT 09/07, Cengkareng Timur Urban Village.
