The progress of normalizing water channels on Jalan Gang Pertamina, RT 02 RW 06, Marunda Urban Village, which has been conducted by the Cilincing Sub-district Water Resources (SDA) Unit, since June 20, has now reached 50 percent. It is targeted to be completed next week.

According to him, Nandi Yantoro, Field Coordinator of the Cilincing Sub-district SDA Executing Unit, the normalization was taken, because of damaged and collapsed sheet piles. As a result, the water could not flow smoothly.

As the initial step, personnel drilled channels for installing formwork to adjust the sheet pile formation and make construction easier.
