East Jakarta Library and Archive Sub-agency Head, Komiasih, said her side has conducted one week socialization to families in Jatinegara and Cilangkap Urban Villages.

Based on the report, 25 residents conducting archive digitalization and the other 95 residents who are RT, RW, LMK, and FKDM caretakers participating socialization.

"These socialization, education and digitalization services are provided so that residents have digital archives of important documents. So, don't worry if it is lost or damaged," she said, Monday (7/1).

Socialization and digitization archive services like this are still routinely carried out in densely populated residential locations.

Meanwhile, LMK RW 02 Cilangkap, Suharno, admitted this activity is very important because there are still many people who do not realize how important digitizing family archives is.

"Digital archive backup is very important, because we never when disaster will strike," he admitted.
