"Our target is to achieve at least 95 percent of the target number of polio immunizations. Hopefully it can be 100 percent," she hoped.
Central Jakarta Deputy Mayor, Chaidir, appealed to residents who have children aged 0 to eight years less than one day to bring their children to the program implementation location so they can access vaccination.
"Our children are the next generation. They will carry the baton of our struggle for the next 10 to 20 years and we must really protect them," he stated.
