Coaching Held for RT, RW, and LMK Caretakers

All RT, RW, and LMK caretakers participated in a coaching held by East Jakarta Administration, Tuesday (7/30). The program was held at Multipurpose Hall of Block C of Mayor Office.

This coaching was opened by Deputy Mayor Iin Mutmainah with speakers from the Head of East Jakarta Kesbangpol Handoko Murhestriarso, Head of Population and Civil Registration Sub-agency Naufan and Head of Finance Sub-dept. Sulistiyowati.

According to Iin, the three speakers were presented to provide understanding to participants, both regarding population administration, financial administration and reporting, as well as environmental and political security situations.

"The coaching was held to update and refresh new program that must be implemented by heads of RT/RW and delivered to their residents," she said.

She gave an example, the issue of population administration that must be delivered in detail, clearly and easily understood by residents. Then there must be innovation in services that are faster and more precise, not difficult, and without illegal levy and so on.

Iin added that heads of RT/RW must be able to keep orderly administration, orderly assets and orderly reporting. Then they must be able to cooperate with related apparatuses to maintain security and order.

Meanwhile, RW 02 Head of Munjuk Urban Village, Saman, admitted he participated the coaching to get more knowledge delivered by the speakers.

"As environmental administrators, we really need to understand many things better so that we can deliver information to residents clearly," he admitted.
