Then if during supervision the violator commits another violation, personnel will reach out to the violator and take him/her to the Social Agency (Dinsos) Center to undergo a Minor Offense (Tipiring) trial sanction.
"This minor crime has indeed been regulated in Article 61 that violators will be threatened with sanctions, namely a maximum fine by Rp 20 million and a maximum imprisonment of 60 days. Then, the violators will be brought to the trial process and will be decided by the judge regarding the sanctions," he added.
As for the information, the ceremony was also attended by Jakarta Dinsos Head, Premi Lestari and representatives of Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency.
