12 Firetrucks Extinguish Fire on Jalan Raya Joglo

West Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-agency extinguished fire that burned used good stall on Jalan Raya Joglo, Gang Marang, RT 01/03, Joglo Urban Village, Kembangan Sub-district, Wednesday (8/14).

West Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-agency's Operation Section Head, Syarifudin, said the fire occurred at 11:29 AM. It is suspected that the fire originated from sparks during welding at the location which hit a pile of cardboard and paper.
"We deployed 12 firetrucks with 60 personnel to handle the fire. Personnel then extinguished the fire at 1 PM. No victim caused by this incident," he said.
Fire Burns 120 Tenement Houses and 35 Stalls on Jalan MoaJoglo Urban Village Head, Rizky Denni Ananda, explained the area of the burning object is 500 square meters.
"Now the fire survivors are accommodated by their families near with fire location," Rizky stated.
