Central Jakarta Food Security, Maritime and Agriculture Sub-agency Head, Penty Yunesi Pudyastuti, said this was the fourth training held this year. The program was participated by 25 representatives from Cempaka Putih and Johar Baru Sub-districts.

"So this year's livestock food processing diversification activity was attended by a total of 200 people. This time the material is processed livestock food made from chicken.

Penty added that this training activity aims to improve skills in processing livestock food with more varied dishes. Participants are expected to be able to serve dishes with a contemporary and appetizing menu for the family.

The cooking menu taught in the training is Eggrol, Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken Katsu. The training also educates participants to process clean food and meet good nutritional content.

Then, the training also taught participants to package products, make dowries and culinary photography. This skill is expected to be useful for participants to open a business.

"We also provide a double-decker steaming pan for each participant," she added.

One of participants living in Tanah Tinggi Urban Village, Johar Baru Sub-district, Nurmala, admitted this training material is very useful as a reference for cooking family menus.
