Late In Submitting The DPA, The Headman Ready To Down Grade

The Regional Working Unit (SKPD) is asked to submit the Budget Execution Documents (DPA) at the latest on May 5 tomorrow. Late in submitting means the SKPD head will downgrade as staff.

City Local Finance and Asset Management Board, Heru Budi Hartono stated, his side will no longer extend the due date of submitting. That thing is compliance with the instruction of Jakarta Governor’s instruction, Basuki “Ahok” Tjahaja Purnama. “There is no extension, If there is one who late, the headman will be downgrade as staff,” he asserted, at City Hall, Monday (5/4).

Hartono asserted, the information had been socialized to all SKPD’s headmen. Concerning the budget cannot be disbursed without proper procedure.

“The money is ready. Governor told us, if there is ignorant working unit, the mayor will take further process to down grade the headman," he added.

According to Hartono, the process to disburse the budget is in a week. “Saturday must be complete. That's our target,” he uttered.

He reminded to every working unit not to mark the budget up especially in physical development. If it happens, then it will not be received in regional asset. “I remind you to be more careful in submitting, do not mark up the physical project. I could not accept it,” he expressed.

He added, there are several prioritized departments such as, Cleanliness Department, Education Department, Bina Marga Department, Water Management Department, Health Department. “But it must be selected first, which one must be prioritized,” he disclosed.
