Chandra Kurnia, a Jakarta Judo athlete, won a gold medal in the men's -73kg category at PON XXI Aceh - North Sumatra 2024 which is located at Syiah Kuala University GOR, Banda Aceh, Wednesday (9/11).

"I once told my parents that this naughty child would be successful. Alhamdulillah (thank God), I can prove it today," he explained.

"For other athletes, stay enthusiastic, it's never too late," he added.
Chandra Kurnia's success adds to the gold medal tally for the Jakarta contingent in the Judo sport at PON XXI 2024.
