Land Affected by the Kelapa Gading Bypass Road Begins to be Recorded

Jakarta Provincial Government, Thursday (9/19), begins the data recording for land impacted by bypass road construction from Jalan Bangun Cipta Sarana to Arteri Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
The data collection for 55 plots have been completed today
The data collection led by Jakarta Provincial Government Bureau's Subgroup for Government and Public Welfare Complaint Handling Head, Ebron Leonard Sirait, was run in Pegangsaan Dua Urban Village and Kelapa Gading Timur Urban Village.
The joint personnel from various sectors visited the land owner in RT 05/06 Kelapa Gading Timur to ask ownership data for the land impacted by the construction.
Ebron said there are 55 plots with an area of 6,852.94 square meter of land that will be bought. The construction is about to run in RW 05, 06, RW 07 of Pegangsaan Dua Urban Village and RW 06 of Kelapa Gading Timur Urban Village.
"The data collection for 55 plots have been completed today," Ebron said.
The bypass road, Ebron added, has 860 meter of length to create access for vehicles especially Transjakarta bus serving Kelapa Gading Flat heading to Jalan Arteri Kelapa Gading and Jalan Raya Bekasi.
"It will add alternative roads for vehicle to reduce congestion in surrounding areas," he stated.
