Jakarta Provincial Government provides special tariff Rp 1 for public transportations such as Transjakarta, MRT, and LRT Jakarta.

This special opportunity only lasts for one day

Rp 1 tariff is a special gift for citizen in order to enliven Indonesian National Army (TNI)'s 79th Anniversary on every October 5.

"Rp 1 is valid on October 5, 2024," said Syafrin Liputo, Jakarta Transportation Agency Head, Friday (10/4).

Syarin added the program namely 'Sabtu Murah Meriah dengan 1 Rupiah' is aimed to support public using public transportation and as an appreciation for public.

Syafrin added that special services such as Mikrotrans, Transjakarta Cares, and services with a fare of Rp 0 remain valid according to the rules stipulated in the Jakarta Governor Regulation (Pergub) No 133/2018 about Mass Public Transportation Service Tariffs in Jakarta.

"This special opportunity only lasts for one day and is expected to be utilized by Jakarta residents to travel more economically," Syafrin stated.
