Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Agency Head, Andhika Permata said this Indonesian Market is a place to introduce various superior products from Jakarta, ranging from handicrafts, culinary, to performing arts. This event has succeeded in attracting the attention of local people, as well as international visitors.

Ambassador to Czech Republic, Kenssy Dwi Ekaningsih emphasized the importance of this synergy. Hopefully, the Czech people would be able to become more familiar with the richness of Indonesian culture and art.
"This is an opportunity for us to expand our network and promote Indonesia's tourism and creative economy potential," he explained.
Jakarta PPKUKM Agency Head, Elisabeth Ratu Rante Allo explained visitors could find various Jakarta products and enjoy typical foods at various booths available, as well as watch Indonesian arts and cultural performances at this market.
He added it is also an opportunity for Indonesian entrepreneurs to explore business and investment opportunities, not only helping Jakarta SMEs, but also introducing the richness of Indonesian culture to the international community.
"This initiative is an important step in promoting Indonesian tourism and creative economy abroad," he added.
As for the information, Pasar Indonesia is one of a series of synergy activities between Jakarta Government and Indonesian Embassy in Prague, Czech Republic. Besides the Diplomatic Reception, there are also various Betawi traditional cooking workshops with Celebrity Chef, Ririn Marinka and the launching of Betawi cuisine menu at SIA Restaurant Praha for a whole week, dance workshops, music performances, and regional dances.
