DPRD Chairman Wants Harmonious Executive and Legislative Relations

This is God's extraordinary destiny, don't waste it

Jakarta DPRD Chairman Khoirudin encouraged harmonious cooperation between the Executive and Legislative branches. That's why it is vital to maintain intense communication.

He hoped that its communication could continue to be well maintained. He assessed, collaboration would occur when there was harmony that could be woven through intense communication.

"Congratulations on your duties, Mr. Governor. We (DPRD) are ready to collaborate. Hopefully, it will start with a good event; there will be a communication forum," he expressed during lunch with the Executive and Legislative ranks at the Great Hall, Jakarta City Hall, on Wednesday (10/23).

He explained good communication could prevent misunderstandings.

"In the future, the council members, the leaders, will routinely communicate with the governor and his staff so that all misunderstandings or perhaps poor communication can be resolved," he explained.

He also encouraged him to accept residents' aspirations and make the best use of time to make good decisions for people's welfare.

"Hopefully, he opened himself to the aspirations of the people. Despite only a moment before the definitive governor was inaugurated, it was an expensive time. This is God's extraordinary destiny, don't waste it. Make decisions that benefit society, serve society," he uttered.

As for the information, the luncheon was also attended by four vices of Jakarta DPRD. They were Ima Mahdiah, Rany Mauliani, Wibi Andrino, and Basri Baco.

Meanwhile, the Executive side was also attended by City Secretary, Joko Agus Setyono, and the leaders of regional apparatus organizations (OPD).
