Organoleptic ensures the smell, taste, and color of the food are in good and normal condition. While the contamination test ensures that nitrite, arsenic and cyanide do not exceed the specified level requirements.
"Formaldehyde, borax, metanil yellow and rhodamin B were also tested to avoid these contaminants being contained in the dishes served," he explained.
Paspampres Denkes, Serda Pandu Azis added the cooperation between BBPOM in Jakarta was to protect delegates from unsafe food during the inauguration event.
"With this massive coordination, food security monitoring can run well. State guests are protected from food that is harmful to health and the inauguration of President and Vice President for 2024-2029 period was successful and smooth," he stated.
