The East Jakarta Library and Archives Sub-agency (Pusip), socialized family archive services to 30 cadres of PKK and Dasawisma in Pekayon Uran Village, Pasar Rebo.

This socialization reminds us to be more careful in storing important documents

According to Komiasih, Head of East Jakarta Pusip Sub-agency, the socialization which started from Tuesday (10/22) to Wednesday (10/23) was held to make PKK and Dasawisma cadres understand the importance of maintaining and storing family archives.

"This socialization is to improve public awareness to be more orderly in storing family archives," he concluded.

One of the PKK cadres, Siti (48) uttered he was very happy that there was a socialization like this. Moreover, after the socialization, she and other cadres were given additional services in the form of digital archives.

She admitted that he had saved family documents in the form of diplomas, birth certificates, marriage certificates, vehicle registration certificates, motorbike BPKB, and other important documents digitally in one file on a flash disk.

"This socialization reminds us to be more careful in storing important documents, thus they are not lost or damaged," she stated.
