West Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency keeps intensifying the tree planting program in the area . There was tree planting program conducted today in Tanjung Duren Selatan Urban Village, Grogol Urban Village, Grogol Petamburan Sub-district.

West Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency Head, Romy Sidharta, said his side planted 5 trees on Jalan Tanjung Duren Raya and another five trees in front of Tanjung Duren Selatan Urban Village office.

"We are intensifying tree planting to make the environment greener and shady. It also serves to prevent air pollution and as a water absorption area," he said, Friday (10/25).

Tanjung Duren Selatan Urban Village Head, Indri Prawiji, stated her side appreciated West Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency's effort by planting more trees

"Tanjung Duren Selatan will be greener with more trees," she stated.
