After the handover procession and farewell ceremony, the body was then taken to the final resting place at the family cemetery on Jalan M. Tohir, Pondok Cina, Beji, Depok, West Java, using the Jakarta Parks and Forestry Agency ambulance with the number plate B 1529 PHX, at 10.15 AM.
Eight village heads—Cawang Village Head Didik Diarjo, Cijantung Urban Village Head Teguh Suharyono, Susukan Urban Village Head Andri Priwitama Maila, and several others—carried the body on a stretcher using a bier.
At the front, Tidung Island Head Hafsah carried a photo frame of Junaedi wearing a white PDH uniform.
Jakarta Government Bureau Head, Fredy Setiawan in his speech said that on behalf of the state, nation, and Jakarta Government, his party received the body of the deceased. The body was then taken to its final resting place. He expressed his condolences to the family.
"I, on behalf of the leadership of the Jakarta Government, Acting Governor, and all the extended family of Jakarta Government, express our deepest condolences for the passing of the late Mr. Junaedi," he explained.
He also expressed his gratitude for all the services and dedication of the deceased during his lifetime. He had known him for 21 years when they were both on duty in Cilincing Sub-district, North Jakarta.
During his time on duty, the late was known as a hard worker, responsible, and always provided encouragement and motivation to his colleagues and subordinates.
It was proven that at the end of his life, he still had great responsibility, working as the Regent of Seribu Islands.
