Suradika explained, the sub-district and urban village head can ask the freelancer to improve infrastructure faster without contact the technical department or sub-department (Sudin).
"If there are damaged drainage, they can ask the freelancer to repair that directly so they no need to ask Water Management Sub-Department," he explained.
The former Jakarta Library and Archive Agency Head (BAPD) revealed, the 18 thousands freelancers will be spread throughout urban village and sub-district office in Jakarta. "We will place around 90 freelancers in an urban village. It is a fixed amount, but the personnel can be changed," he explained.
Suradita hoped, the freelancer existence is intended to improve the urban village and sub-district head performance in response the citizen's report related to small damage in infrastructure and facilities.
"We hope the small damage can be fixed immediately because we will give budget to the urban village and sub-district head for manage the freelancer and fix the small infrastructure damage," he told.
Unfortunately, Suradita claimed not known the budget that will be given.
