Korpri's 53rd Anniversary, Hundreds of Jakarta ASNs Visit to Kalibata TMP

More than 500 state civil apparatuses (ASNs) under Jakarta Provincial Government, made a ceremony and a pilgrimage at Kalibata Heroes' Cemetery (TMP), South Jakarta, ahead of Indonesia Civil Servant Corps (Korpri)'s 53rd Anniversary, Tuesday (11/19).

Their involvement is also very important in building the nation

Center Korpri Council's ASN Protection Divison Korpri Chairperson, Karjono Atmo Harsono disclosed it was done to commemorate the Korpri's 53rd Anniversary, which falls on November 29, 2024.

"Previously, we also held the activities of sport, MTQ, etc," he expressed.

Heroes Day Must Be Practiced With Diversity

He explained they also sowed flowers at the heroes' graves of Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie, Taufik Kiemas until Soedharmono. It was very important for ASN to always commemorate the Korpri Anniversary by making pilgrimages like this so that they could remember the heroes who had contributed to fighting and building the nation.

"Their involvement is also very important in building the nation. Hopefully, they will be able to implement the positive values ​​that have been exemplified by the nation's previous heroes," he explained.

Aside that, approaching the Pilkada 2024, they were expected to be neutral or or behave professionally without violating applicable rules.

"They must also give the best service to the community for the progress of the nation and the country," he stated.
