"An aspiration delivered to us about this free pocket book for mothers to understand nutrition and example of cheap nutritious food to handle stunting," he said.

Justin continued that many parents are still giving their children food with low nutritional ingredients such as instant noodles.

"This behavior is usually found among people with less understanding. It means education is needed for them," he added.

The pocket book should contain nutritious food recipes as a guide for parents. Preparing nutritious food can be realized by using affordable food ingredients.

Justin stated that education related to nutritious food could help in handling stunting in Jakarta.
