Related to the security, the Director of Intelkam Polda Metro Jaya, Senior Commissioner Dekananto Eko Purwono, stated that his side together with army personnel are ready to secure TPS and logistics. His side also pays attention to the honorarium of KPPS personnel stored in urban village office.
"We will ensure that the distribution of KPPS honorariums runs smoothly one day before voting day of the Pilkada so that there are no problems that disrupt the implementation process," he stated.
Related with polling stations that are prone to flood, he added, mitigation will be carried out by moving the polling stations to the nearest safe location but still in the same area.
According to him, Jakarta is currently conducive are ready to run Pilkada. He is optimistic Jakarta can successfully run the election, despite the challenges of weather and flood.
