Acting Jakarta Governor, Teguh Setyabudi invites all communities to participate in Bentang Harapan that will be held on Tuesday (12/31) at City Hall.

Teguh added that important figures starting from former Jakarta Governors, public figures, and ministers will also participate. They will write their hopes on giant white cloth installed at City Hall.
"We hope that political, government, community, traditional and religious figures and various other elements of society can write about their hopes for Jakarta in the future," he added.
Former Jakarta Governors to attend are Sutiyoso, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, Anies Baswedan, and Djarot Saiful Hidayat.
"We also have communicated with Sumarsono, Pramono Anung and Rano Karno. Ministers will also attend," he continued.
As for information, Bentang Harapan is also held at city and regency levels. Residents are invited to write down their hope for future Jakarta ahead of 500th anniversary in 2027.
