Djarot Asks SKPD to Accelerate Auction Process

“This is warning, and Mr. Governor's way to motivate them (SKPD). By so, the departments and mayors can work harder and give a progress to us,” he exclaimed, at City Hall, Thursday (5/26).

Whereas, he had warned SKPD last January and February to immediately prepare auction files. He asked them not to focus on City Budget, whether it is in the form of bylaw or gubernatorial regulation. “In the beginning of this year, I had warned the SKPD until Mayor to immediately the auction files, but they ignored it,” he stressed.

Djarot wants they have to optimize their performance thus city programs can be run soon. Moreover, the proposed 2015 City Budget nominal that reached Rp 69.28 trillion was already available and ready to be used. “SKPD performance must be improved. If not, we will do demotion,” he asserted.

He acknowledged such condition could influence the others thus they should synergize each other. They must be brave in taking the initiative without any hesitation without corruption.

“There are some SKPDs doubt to take initiative and risk. If you work in accordance with procedure, regulation, no cheating and follow your heart, just do it. We won't do demote you, as long you work well,” finished Former Regent of Blitar.
