Enjoying Nutritious Food, Aqila Writes to President Prabowo

A 5th grade student of SDN Susukan 01 Pagi, Ciracas, East Jakarta, Aqila Nurul Aina, expressed her gratitude to President, Prabowo Subianto through an open letter tucked into a stainless steel container after she ate delicious and nutritious food at her school.

I hope to meet him (the President)

"Thank you Mr. Prabowo and Mr. Gibran, for the nutritious food. Greetings from SDN Susukan 01. My name is Aqila Nurul Aina. Please read it, Mr. Prabowo. Thank you very much." written by the 11-year-old girl in her open letter.

She was motivated to write the letter, as she was happy to enjoy free nutritious food menu for five days since Thursday (1/9).

"I hope to meet him (the President). Because so far I only know him via social media," said the student who aspires to become a member of the Policewoman.

SDN Susukan 01 Principal, Mutmainah admitted she did not know that one of her student sent a letter to the president. But, she found out after the SPPG and the urban village head informed her. After checking, it was true that Aqila wrote the letter to the president herself.

"I had no idea that a student had sent a letter to the president," she admitted.

According to her, the free nutritious food program was enthusiastically welcomed by 373 students and teachers.

Then those who were not used to eating vegetables, through this program, changed to liking vegetables. Despite there were initially some who did not like it and left it in its container. She also conducted socialization to students about the importance of consuming vegetables.

Entering the fifth day, no students complained about the menu. Only those who did not like vegetables were left in their containers.

"All students are very happy about this free nutritious food program," she stated.
