Mobile Training Unit Targets 1,950 Participants This Year

"People's demand for MTU service is increasing, so we are adding seven units this year. We had proposed 10 units, but only seven were approved," he conveyed, Monday (2/10).

According to him, these seven units will be used for Barista training (2 units), as well as culinary arts, pastry and bakery, multimedia, digital marketing, language, office administration (1 unit each).

These seven units were expected to be quickly realized by the winning vendor of the e-catalog auction thus it can be immediately deployed for this year's MTU training.

"In every Musrenbang, many people request job training. Since there are limited fleets, we are adding more fleets this year, enabling more equal distribution of job training," he explained.

Given the increasing people's demand for this job training, he added, MTUs will be allocated for 65 urban villages.
