City Government Fully Supports LPS Monas Half Marathon 2025

Jakarta Provincial Government gives full support for the implementation of Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) Monas Half Marathon. This collaborative running event between LPS and Harian Kompas will be held on June 15, 2025.

"We provide full support for the participants and organizers wish, desire, and hope for," Pramono said, Thursday (3/13).

Pramono stated many Indonesian runners participate in marathon event in world's major cities such as New York, Berlin, London and Tokyo. It means the enthusiasm of Indonesian people for running events is high. He believes that Jakarta also has adequate facilities to provide similar events.

"I told the agency heads here to provide the best support," he stated.

Jakarta Provincial Government prepares various supports. One of them is ensuring that the running route is not disturbed, and cooperating with various related parties.

The LPS Monas Half Marathon 2025 is held with the theme 'Time To Rise' which symbolizes the spirit to continue move forward and reflects the rise of Jakarta on the global stage as the host of an international running event.

Local runners may also take part in the World Marathon Majors (WMM) since this event also presents the Break The Limit program.

LPS Board of Commissioners Chairman, Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa explained people who dare to face challenges, take steps forward, and work hard to reach the finish line in every aspect of life are invited to join the LPS Monas Half Marathon 2025.

In line with the LPS's commitment to support a wider running ecosystem, this sporting event also has a real impact on the economy and society.
