Bank DKI's Interbank Transactions via ATMs are Back in Service

Interbank transaction services via Bank DKI ATMs are now fully operational. Customers can perform various transactions such as cash withdrawals, balance checks, interbank transfers (off-us), and bill payments.

"This include transaction services via ATM Bersama network, which is now active again and available for use,"

This follows the completion of system maintenance process, which was part of efforts to improve service quality and strengthen transaction security systems.

Bank DKI President Director, Agus H. Widodo, apologized for the inconvenience experienced by customers during the maintenance period and expressed appreciation and gratitude for all customers for their patience and understanding during the process.

"We understand that the system maintenance has caused inconvenience for some customers. However, this is part of our commitment to continuously improve the comfort, security, and realibility of Bank DKI's digital services," he conveyed on Tuesday (4/8).

He said that customer data and funds security remain Bank DKI's top priority throughout the maintenance process. He also assured that any issues that arose during the process had been properly addressed and resolved.

He explained that Bank DKI also conducts regular monitoring and system testing to ensure operational stability and smooth service as a commitment to providing excellent service.

"This include transaction services via ATM Bersama network, which is now active again and available for use by all Bank DKI customers accross Indonesia," he added.

Bank DKI Secretary, Arie Rinaldi also extended his thanks to customers for their support. He appreciated the patience shown by customers during the system maintenance process.

"For customers who are still facing issues, we provide various complaint channles that are easily accessible, by contacting our Call Center at 1500351, visiting the nearest branch offices, and sending direct message to Bank DKI's official social media account," he mentioned.

For information, Bank DKI currently operates over 750 ATMs located in various strategic points in Jakarta and surrounding areas, including sub-district and urban village offices, shopping centers, terminals, stations, and other public spaces.

Additionally, Bank DKI also has an ATM network in other big cities, such as Bandung, Semarang, Solo, Gresik, Sidoarjo, and Lampung.

Bank DKI also urges customers to remain vigilant against digital fraud schemes and to always use official Bank DKI channels to obtain information and service assistance.
