He said that customer data and funds security remain Bank DKI's top priority throughout the maintenance process. He also assured that any issues that arose during the process had been properly addressed and resolved.
He explained that Bank DKI also conducts regular monitoring and system testing to ensure operational stability and smooth service as a commitment to providing excellent service.
"This include transaction services via ATM Bersama network, which is now active again and available for use by all Bank DKI customers accross Indonesia," he added.
Bank DKI Secretary, Arie Rinaldi also extended his thanks to customers for their support. He appreciated the patience shown by customers during the system maintenance process.
