Ahok Dethroned Director of Bank DKI

Jakarta Governor Basuki 'Ahok' Tjahaja Purnama dethroned Eko Budiwiyono's position as Director of Bank DKI. As a replacement, Ahok promoted Kresno Sediarsi who previously served as Director of Technology and Operational For Bank Mandiri.

DKI Bank performance continues to decline significantly, particularly on the problem of high credit ratio

Management recast was done after the implementation of Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting (RUPSLB) for PT Bank DKI on last Wednesday (6/17). The reason changing of the management and commissioner, is due to the Bank DKI performance continues to decline this year.

"DKI Bank performance continues to decline significantly, particularly on the problem of high credit ratio. Otherwise, the governor needs new people who could bring the bank working fast and getting up to General Bank of Enterprise Activity (BUKU) 4," said Head of Jakarta Investment and Promotion Division (BPMP), Catur Laswanto, Thursday (6/18). 

Bank DKI Sharia Expanded to Bandung

Such replacement of the range management and commissioner, according to Laswanto, is mostly taken from well-known professional banks also have good records. It is expected could develop the bank well in future. "I want to assert the governor's commitment, everyone surely wants the Bank DKI performance to be better," he expressed. 

Those commissioners who have been replaced are Hasan Basri Saleh that previously served as Commissioner President substituted by Honggo Widjojo Kangmasto. Then Sarwanto and Ahdi Jumhari Luddin promoted as Independent Commissioners.

Not only that, there are also Head of Jakarta Asset and Financial Management Body (BPKAD), Heru Budi Hartono as Commissioner of Bank DKI, Agus Prastowo as Director of Compliance and Martono Soeprapto, Sigit Prastowo, Antonius Widodo Mulyono, and Farel Tia Silalahi as Director of Bank DKI.
