Residents Show Great Interest in Becoming PPSU Personnel

Public enthusiasm to join Public Facility and Infrastructure Handling (PPSU) is quite high, with the number of applicants already surpassing seven thousand.

This was conveyed by Jakarta Vice Governor Rano Karno on Fiday (4/25), after leading the 29th Regional Autonomy Day 2025 commemoration ceremony at the courtyard of Jakarta City Hall.

"As of yesterday, there were already over seven thousand applicants . We have yet to calculate the number for today," he said.

Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung added that the high number of applicants reflects the significant need for employment opportunities among the public.

He assured that the city government will proceed with registrations until the recruitment process is finalized.

"The process will be carried out transparently. We have decided in a meeting that the mayors must be responsible for this registration process," he asserted.
