PPSU Recruitment Opened at Urban Village and District Offices

Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung said Jakarta Provincial Government will open recruitment for 1,100 PPSU personnel and 1,000 firefighter personnel this year.

Pramono said the number of formations has been adjusted to the available budget allocation.
"As for first period, we open 1,100 formations for PPSU then remaining 506 next year. Then 1,000 formations for firefighter," Pramono said, Tuesday (4/22).

"No insiders to be involved in the process," he added.
Pramono continued residents with minimum elementary school education can register the formations at the sub-district or district office.
"Residents can register at urban village and district offices. The registration is opened in 267 urban villages," he continued.
Pramono explained the recruitment allocation given to the mayor must be reported to the Governor and Vice Governor first before being announced to the public.
"PPSU problem is transparency. So we need to overcome," Pramono explained.
