South Jakarta BPBD Platoon Commander, Muhammad Nur, said Today's event offered educational sessions along with practical drills aimed at improving disaster preparedness in the school environment.

Nur hoped that this activity would raise students' awareness about disasters that could occur at any time, and help build their preparedness to face such challenges in the area.
"This week, we will also carry out similar socialization in other schools and residential areas," he added.
Meanwhile, Kebayoran Labschool Junior High School Principal, Yulinda, explained that the activity was attended by 600 students and teachers from grades VII to IX.
"I would like to thank South Jakarta BPBD for the knowledge shared. Hopefully, similar activities can continue to be held regularly," she expressed.
