10 Yellow Tabebuia Trees Planted at Viaduct Park Jatinegara

As many as 10 yellow tabebuia trees were planted at Viaduct Park, Jalan Bekasi Timur IV, RT 16/07, Cipinang Besar Utara, Jatinegara District, East Jakarta.

"Membuat kesejukan di Taman Viaduct meningkat"

East Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency Head, Dwi Ponangsera said the planting will remain be continued to beautify the park.

"Hopefully the area will be fresher for the sake of visitor comfort," he said, Friday (5/2).

Sensori Park Getting Greener with More Trees Planted There

Sub-agency's Green Lane and Cemetery Section Head, Ade Widhi Adnyana Surya Pratita, explained the planting involved 45 Green Taskforce personnel and civil servants.

"Five Green Taskforce personnel maintain the 26,500 square meter park everyday," he explained.

Meanwhile, one of local residents, Suryani (48), appreciated the planting at the park since the roadside of Jalan DI Panjaitan looks arid.

"Many people gather at the park in the afternoon. More trees will make them more comfortable," she admitted.
