Ahok Nilai Masih Ada SKPD yang Mark Up Anggaran

Tricky Regional Units Remain Exist Around Us, Ahok Says

Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” Tjahaja Purnama considered there are still tricky regional units (SKPD) who like to mark the budget up. Whereas e-budgeting has been applied by Jakarta City Administration.

We investigate whole aspects and we throw ‘waste’ to prevent money is robbed away

“We found it too much,” he said at City Hall, Wednesday (6/24).

Ahok claimed that he has investigated the 2015 budget. Budget will not disburse if irregularities found. “We investigate whole aspects and we throw ‘waste’ to prevent money is robbed away,” he asserted.

Ahok Suspected There is Janitor Number Mark Up

Ahok put his suspicion to his subordination. Besides unit price, they also suspected total budget mark up.

“For instance, maybe we just need build a school with steel construction with 3-4 stories. No need any useless thing that need higher budget. Why they did so? Because they just take the benefit from it. That’s why we will cut it gradually,” he asserted.

He admitted that e-budgeting this year is still lack as kind of activities did not submitted through electronic regional development planning forums (Musrenbang). We learned our lesson today so there is no room for mistake in the next e-budgeting implementation.
