Jakarta Residents Welcome the Positive Opening of 24-Hour Parks

Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung says residents welcomed positively the policy of opening 24-hour parks in Jakarta.

All received an amazing public response

According to him, many people welcomed the Jakarta Government's initiative to provide this public space.

"What I have gained while opening parks of Banteng Park, Literacy, Menteng, and Ayodya, all received an amazing public response," he expressed, in Kebon Melati, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (5/27).

Legislator Supports 24-Hour City Park Activation

One of the parks that caught his attention was Lapangan Banteng. Lapangan Banteng has now transformed into an interesting space for community expression at night.

"People will surely be surprised to visit Lapangan Banteng, it's really beautiful. The lighting is really great and that's where I feel that what I decided is good," he explained.

Similarly, in the Literacy Park and the Blok M area, he assessed, the improvements in the area also received various positive responses from the residents.

"Including yesterday, the support at Literacy was amazing. Now, if you look at Blok M, it's very crowded,Xl" he streesed.

He also believed that the plan to open two new Transjabodetabek routes would receive high enthusiasm from the public. The launch of the Transjabodetabek operational service was slated for this week.

"I hope we open two more routes this week, I'm sure the response will be amazing," he stated.
