A gas cylinders exploded on Jalan Haji Junaedi, RT 12/03 Cipete Utara, Cilandak, South Jakarta causing 4 kiosks and 3 homes burnt.

It is still on progress. Based on the information of the witness there was an explosion, yet it needs to be investigated further

"I was about to cook instant noodle for customer around 10.30 AM. Suddenly i heard a sound like leak gas," said Jodi (19) a staff of the food stall, Thursday (6/25).

Then, Jodi opened the regulator of the cylinder and got out of the stall. "I opened it and got out. Then the gas exploded," he expressed.

The fire broke out rapidly as those kiosks that consists of internet cafe, food stalls, grocery stalls were made of flammable materials. Not only that, the fire also gutted the big houses which are located behind and beside it.

10 fire trucks deployed were overwhelmed to localize the fire. As the building materials were dry and made the blaze easily expand. It could be manage one hour later.

Meanwhile, a woman the owner of one of the burnt kiosk suffering burn on her hand and foot. She then rushed to Fatmawati Hospital for treatment. The material loss is still unknown.
