Sutiyoso explained that citizens behavior who are able to maintain order, tolerance, and a sense of belonging to their own city should reflect the maturity of a city apart from its infrastructure and physical development.
Sutiyoso also hopes Jakarta residents can become role models or examples for other regions in Indonesia in term of shaping the city's image.
"Jakarta residents must be able to become role models for Indonesia," he stated.
