She hopes the affordable market can be held regularly once a week, offeringwith more staple commodities that are most needed by households.
"Stocks of shallots and chili should be increased, because they sold out quickly," he noted.
Meanwhile, Gandaria Utara Urban Village Head, Fachri, explained that the collaboration with PT Food Tjipinang Jaya has been carried out several times to organize affordable markets.
He added that many of the commodities were in high demand due to their low prices. For example, rice was sold from Rp 37,000 to Rp 73,000 per sack, eggs at Rp 26,000 per tray, and cooking oil at Rp 15,000-Rp 16,000 per liter.
"We hope the market will help residents meet their daily needs. We're also planning to collaboration with local cooperatives to host similar affordable markets," he said.
