Revised City Budget 2025 Agreed at Rp 91.8 trillion

Jakarta City Council (DPRD) and Jakarta Government agreed on the revised City Budget (APBD) 2025 amounting to Rp 91.8 trillion.

This result will be signed in the MoU next Wednesday

This agreement was reached at the Budget Committee (Banggar) meeting in Jakarta with the executive, which discussed the report on consultation results with all commissions.

Input from the commissions serves as the basis for preparing the draft amendments to City Budget Priorities and the Tentative Budget Platform (KUA-PPAS) 2025.

Khoirudin Hopes for City Budget Amendment Discussion Acceleration

Jakarta City Council Chairman, Khoirudin said, the figure had become the result of a mutual agreement that will be documented in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the City Council's plenary meeting on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.

"We have agreed on the amount by Rp 9.1 trillion. This result will be signed in the MoU next Wednesday. Afterward, discussions will continue to the stage of the Revised Budget (RAPBD) amendment," he expressed, at City Council building, Friday (7/11).

He asserted, the agreed-upon amount would not change as it had been approved in the Banggar meeting.

"This figure must not be changed because it is final. We'll proceed to discuss the details of the programs and activities in the RAPBD amendment," he asserted.

Khoirudin also emphasized the importance of ensuring that this substantial budget truly provides real benefits for Jakarta people.
