East Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration sub-Department keeps an eye for Eid annual bonus or locally known as THR tp 3,887 companies in 10 sub-districts.
Several supervisors will be deployed this week to watch over THR payment
In accordance to Manpower Ministry's Regulation No. PER 04/MEN/1994 on Religious Holiday of Employee, each company is obligate to give THR to the employees two weeks before Idul Fitri 1436 H. It is conducted in order to ease the workers freely shop for Idul Fitri.
“Several supervisors will be deployed in this week to watch over THR payment," said Section Head of East Jakarta Manpower Supervision, Haryono, Tuesday (6/30).
THR Payable 7 Days Prior to Eid ul FitrAccording to Haryono, the sub-department also urged worker who are not obtain their annual bonuses to send complaint.
“Following action will be taken by investigating to the company concerned,” he uttered.
There are two kinds strict sanctions either criminal law and administrative to offender’s company.
“Such administrative sanction by not giving recommendation to company in taking care of their administrative business,” he disclosed.
