MRT Jakarta to Run at Full Capacity This Weekend

PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) announced that full service operations will be implemented starting this Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 11 AM.

"Passengers are advised to adjust their travel plans and use the nearest stations as alternatives,"

Under this operational scheme, MRT trains will serve passengers traveling between Lebak Bulus Station and Bundaran HI Bank Jakarta Station.

Operations will run with seven train sets at a 10-minute headway, following the weekend schedule.

Istora Mandiri and Bendungan Hilir MRT Stations Entrance Temporarily Closed

However, MRT Jakarta clarified that Istora Mandiri Station (IST) will not serve passengers during this period.

"Passengers are advised to adjust their travel plans and use the nearest stations as alternatives," said Ahmad Pratomo, Acting Head of Corporate Secretary Division of PT MRT Jakarta, on Saturday (8/30).

Pratomo emphasized that MRT Jakarta always prioritizes safety and security in all its operations. Further information about the service can be accessed through MRT Jakarta's official channels.

"We are committed to providing smooth, safe, and comfortable journeys for all passengers," he stated.
