S. Jakarta Administration Holds Meeting Over MRT's Land Acquisition

South Jakarta Administration will hold meeting deliberate with residents on next Monday (7/6) in order to find the solution conserning the land compensation over mass rapid transit (MRT).

Lebak Bulus MRT Railway Project Still Waiting Buildings Demolishment

As planned, the meeting will take place at Hall of Cilandak Sub-District Office, South Jakarta.

“Together with residence we will discuss about MRT land acquisition next Monday,” said Head of Housing and South Jakarta Administration Building, Yaya Mulyarso, Friday (7/3).

Mulyarso acknowledged, this acquisition is for the sake of public interest. Related to the land price it will be discussed more. It should be in accordance with the NJOP and not deviating from its price,” he uttered.

Cilandak Sub-District Head, Dhani Sukma added, the acquisition run over priorities area such as ex Lebak Bulus Terminal, Gas filling station and around Fatmawati to use as MRT’s corridor. “There are various residents background who will come to the meeting, it depends how many land they will be acquired,” he stated.
